| Ocean's Muse Art Nouveau Dress ($50 - Inquire to purchase.) This elegant flowing halter gown was inspired by the Art Nouveau maidens of Mucha. We hand-sewed soft, beachy linen into long and mermaid-like train, then made an ornate neckline from wood findings and a giant eye-catching scallop. Please note that the salmon color of this dress is slightly desaturated in the photoshoot, please refer to the image above for color. Pairs beautifully with the siren's belt. Flexible size. |

Unfortunately this bangle was damaged during our photo shoot, which means if you would like one a new bangle will have to be sculpted from scratch. It's our pleasure -- just let us know! |
| Art Nouveau Hairpiece ($15 - Inquire to purchase.) This beautiful deconstructed hairpiece can be whatever you make it. We choose to weave the stems of the two silk lilies into our model's bun, then pin the pearl and sheer ribbon necklace across the crown of her head like a headband. We also curled the poseable faux pearl trim across the back of her hair for interest. However, pre-photoshoot we also discovered that we liked to tuck the lillies behind her ears, creating a look reminiscent of a Mucha portrait. |
| ($65 - Inquire to purchase.) Light, airy, and organic, the Ocean Muse's wings were inspired by the fins of mythological fish. Shimmering golden "veins" are webbed with translucent hand-painted fabrics; the top wings are pink sheer painted in gold and the bottoms are a crinkled iridescent-orange sheer finished off with pink-gold fabric and glitter. Iridescent paint dabbed artfully throughout adds even more oceanic texture, while the single painted scallop shell and delicate blossoms at the center add a beautiful Art Nouveau touch. |

| Featured Ensemble: the Seelie Nymph Look closely. You have seen her before. Once, long ago when you were a child, you were wandering the forest and you glimpsed her face. Do you remember? All children have seen the impossible wings of the Seelie Nymph. The Seelie Nymph is the faerie who protects human children from the dangers of the wild. She paves the way for adventure and exploration by silently clearing the brambles from our paths, feeding the wolves so they will not hunger, and bidding the fireflies to light our path. She asks for nothing in exchange for her favors, except perhaps that you believe... | Inspired by tiger swallowtail butterflies, these wings were hand-made from a unique sheer fabric that shimmers gold and blue in different lights. Carefully patterned lace overlay mimics the pattern of a tiger swallowtail while still allowing light to shine through, and dramatic fabric edging creates a striking silhouette. The sweet butterfly nature of these wings prompted us to pair them with a Seelie nymph costume, but their sharp edges and icy color scheme could easily compliment a darker, more Gothic ensemble. |
