
| Return Policy. What can be returned? Due to the original and handmade nature of Sidhe Designs products, Sidhe Designs is not accepting returned items at this time. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately and we would be happy to work with you on the issue. Potentially we could work out an exchange for an item of equal or higher value, upgrade your commission, etc. How are problems with purchases handled? You have three days upon receipt of the item to notify Sidhe Designs of a complaint. We are not responsible for damages that may have been sustained during shipping. If you notify us within the three-day limit, we will contact you in response to work through the issue. Each scenario is different; however, we will do our best to negotiate a satisfactory solution. Commissions. Because we make commissions completely tailored to you and only you, we cannot accept returns on commissions. If you decide you do not want the item, you are still liable for your 50% deposit. Alterations and upgrades. Sidhe Designs will happily update and alter purchases for our customers. However, the customer is responsible for the price of shipping to us and back to them. |
